Due to circumstances beyond my control I will be completely gone from DA for some time. I will leave things as they are for the moment, though I may need to remove all in the future. We will see. Goodbye friends.

Addendum:

Due to above mentioned circumstances I will continue my absence from Deviant Art. For the moment I am refraining from creative endeavors aside from those necessary to my survival . And so, I have started actually writing in my blog Of Cabbages and Kings. It was deemed that having some outlet was absolutely necessary to maintain my sanity (and my poor husband's as well as I tend to overflow on him when I have no outlet. )

In any case, if you enjoy my writing and want more or just want to know what on earth is going on here feel free to peruse my blog.

Well, I am not going to be around as much. Please forgive me if I don't respond to comments for a bit. Things have gotten very busy around here and I need to be spending more time away from the computer.

So far we have 5 chapters done on The Laugh Affair. Goodness, this thing keeps growing. Anyway here it is, chapters 1 thru 5, and it looks like a lot more to go

Well, there it is. Vacation is over. Sigh. It was nice. It was good to have Shamus spending time with us and to go to all the local places there are to enjoy. Have done some photo shoots as well as some writing. Not sure what will be submitted when.

I now have a commission work I really need to start on as well as jury duty coming up on the 11th. Grrr. Hopefully I won't be chosen because between my art work, writing, and homeschooling, I don't really have the time or energy. plus no babysitter for three kids for one week. Oh well, the Lord will provide.

Started the kids back doing school, and spent the day rearranging the house to make it more conducive to actually getting work done.

And so, there it is.

Well, for those of you who have been waiting, the oil painting version of "Storm Warning" is finished. It is done and I am only waiting patiently for it to dry so I can post it. It'll be a few mroe days because the oil is pretty thick. In any case the feel of it is much more chaotic than the original watercolor and I much prefer it. It is definitely much mroe what I was going for.

Now as for The Laugh Affair. We are currently working on Chapter 3, which is taking longer because it is a harder chapter to write overall. Butit is coming along. We are submitting the story back and forth, do Chapter 3 will be available here as is Chapter 1 <a/> but Chapter 2 is available at *chilipalmer's site. Thanks to those who have commented on it. It is a much bigger project than I've ever attempted and if it weren't for Lewi's help I would still be stuck where I waas on it last year. So, Thanks Lewi
